Oh deer. I just did a friends cut. If you’re removed and you read this; it’s nothing personal. Some I cut because I never talk to them (anymore), others because I don’t even know them and/or don’t remember why we became friends in the first place.

and OMG I need to do a friends cut, have been for months but I've been dragging my feet about it. I don't want anyone to feel bad, but I am following too many comms and people, and my flist is huge.

IKR? That's the main reason why I did the cut - my flist was getting out of control. That, and I don't want my flocked posts to be read by people I don't even know or never spoken to. Not that my flocked posts are that exciting, but there's still personal and RL stuff there, so...

But I do feel bad, though - it's why I avoided doing this for so long. :P

I KNOW I don't like it when someone removes me and mostly that is my fault, because I never comment on their entries. But it still stings, you know? That's all that they have to do. I know I've been cut for not commenting and I liked the person and explained and they added me back. And vice versa. I've done TONS of cuts in the past and the ones that didn't like it, we talked it out and I either friended them again or not depending on the situation.

But I know it didn't feel good to do it. But I think it is a positive move.

i embrace my own, very small, very personal flist greatly <3 and totally get the sentiment behind trying to control it a little especially when you put real life issues here as well as fandom ones. so dont feel bad! *hug* also i know you took care to remove only those who you dont remember talking to at all as im still here ( and i only appear from time to time ;)

Its not fun doing a friends cut but there's no point having people on there you don't even know, esp if you're posting RL stuff. I try to keep my flist small so I can keep up with everyone on it so I totally understand your feelings. Thanks for keeping me <3333

I bet she's growing fast. :D Thijs (Daan's little brother) is now almost two months old and he's already getting so big. He's a little grump, tho. Always frowning and looking like he's mad. Erin is beautiful, she is just over 5 months now and she is big as well. She is very chatty and wriggly and just beautiful. It's hard to be anything but happy when around her. I'm sure you feel the same though :)
